The Humans Return After 3 Days

When the humans got home I was the one who hid for about 5 hours. Sandusky greeted them immediately, and Spooky kept racing past them. When I did come out I wouldn't look at my mom. But later, I actually got up to her and sat next to her for awhile.
Some photos of where they went. Mom said she was cold, even with her wool socks!
They told us about lots of beach scenery.
The old bridge on the Kalmath River
They got to do some playing on the beach.

And Monty was the backseat driver.

That looks like a beach our Mom stopped at last year to let the grand boys play in the ocean. It was in upper California, too and cold in August. Millie, we understand your hiding from Mom. It is not fun when they are gone.

Good for you for playing it cool! They deserve it. That beach looks like where my aunt lives near Mendocino.

It always seems to be cold on the Washington and Oregon coasts...even with the heat wave!

Seems like they all had a blast ^_^ Monty looked happy in the beach.

I think you did a smart thing by hiding to tell them that next time, they gotta take you along :p

We don't blame you for hiding at first! 3 days is a very long time.

It looks like they had a lot of fun, though...

It looks like a great place to visit, but it is too bad it was cold! I can understand why you would not come out at first - but I am glad you finally forgave your mom and sat by her. I am sure they missed you while they were gone!

Millie, you know, sometimes you just have to let them know that you weren't too happy being left behind.

Monty was a very good backseat driver - he looks like he was quite approving of Mom's driving.
