Remembering When Sandusky was trying to Sleep While Monty Waits!

This is strange post! Below are some photos from about 6 months ago. Mom never posted these cause when the human Sarah hurt her knee.... mom thought it would be strange to be writing about buying cars and walking My Monty! She had actually had the post ready to go.

Sandusky says, "I have zero interest in this!"
Grandma brought a car.... new to her, but second hand. Sister Sarah helped grandma with the decision! Then sister called home and told Mom (below) to bring Monty over to the car dealership so they could go for a drive then go walk. But first they had to wait and wait and wait ..... grandma signing all away!

It wasn't too terrible hot, in the mid 70's, but that car can be hot!! .....
And when you have all that fur!!!!

Whew! Monty Dog says "I got pooped!" And Sandusky says.... "Glad I wasn't there!" Sorry no picture of the car!

Purring for a New Friend, and a Lazy Saturday

We just learned about Snickers from Amy and the House of Cats ....Snickers has been very sick so Saturday at 5pm Iowa time we will be thinking of her, purring and praying and barking.
We at Millie's House are tired out from the week.
And now we must catch a little shut eye!
Here on grandma's bed!

Mom's Visit a Couple of Weekends ago

I am jealous. As some of you know my mom went visiting a couple of weekends ago. She went to see a ex-roommate that she had in College. But she didn't just see the roommate she saw TC, Genni, Dinky, and Delilah, plus the roommates husband!
Grrrrr!!! First here was the lovely, sleek, black kitty whose name was Delilah (or Dee Dee). She is a manx! But Delilah hid most the first day. Then towards the end of the day she came out. Mom was told that was unusual for her to come out when strangers came visiting. Interesting! Mom was not able to get her own photo of Delilah, so the mom of Delilah sent her this one. Now do you see why I am jealous? Look at those eyes!
Then, my Mom was particularly taken by this one, whose name was TC, those initials were short for Top Cat, Too Cute, or Total Chaos. I am more than a bit jealous hearing how sleek and beautiful he was.... TC spent part of the first night sleeping with my mom! Grrrrrrrrr!!
And see here, Genny, the dog, who mom says was sweet and very alert to everyone and everything! Mom said Genny was a good dog! Do you I think I could like Genny? Well.... I like My Monty sometimes.
Last, but not least was Dinkum, or Dinky. Mom thought it was a cute the way he would look at her when she talked to him. Mom says that Dinky was an older kitty... either 17 or 18 years old! Way to go Dinky!!

I spent some time sniffing out my mom's shoes when she came home!

Mommy thinks these are her scarves! But they are part of the jungle!
I absolutely LOVES these! Sitting under the woolies and sparkles I can dream of birds and insects.
I am on a mountain top called a towel covered pillow!

I Forgave My Mom

Mom came home from visiting her friend, but then she had to work all day! But at least she is nearby! Here I stare and stare at her!
But I thinks Sandusky is still mad!
He is refusing to smile at her!
But that doesn't stop the merriment in my heart!

And My Monty is always forgiving my mom!
